Visual/Graphic Design Guru and Information Architect


We’re honored to recruit for one the most exciting software product teams in the world, this is a company founded by a former Google Product Director and an Executive Director from Investment Bank. As you expect, they want to change the way the world works (in this case, for the small-medium companies) by delivering the coolest Business Intelligence software to small & medium start-up companies. The product will not be merely an enterprise product, but also a domain expertise platform to solve real business problems. They are aiming at a business sector where the market value is over billion dollars.

They are using the most up-to-date web technologies, like Ruby on rails, cloud computing to build a SaaS platform.

That’s why their team consists of the most talented people in software technology industry, like ex-googler, entrepreneurial Phd, and also a team of industry professionals from US/EU. They decided not to start this business in Silicon Valley. Instead, in Beijing they started this new venture. They made their office like a tiny Google or creative agency with green plants, coffee and music around. Salaries are internationally competitive and this is not another Chinese factory, they use Agile/Scrum, coders are highly respected and cherished.

The kind of people we’re looking for are hands on visual designer who love what they are doing, who value simplicity, utility and beauty, who can generate polished logos, User interface of this product very quickly.

You will lead all the design work across product, marketing and branding. You will also be able to drive user experience analyst & interaction design in the future. To be an expert creating simple diagrams that help bridge understanding between business, marketing & technology teams.
