职位描述：
Overall Purpose of the Role:
-To support the growth & demand of Application Services.

Responsibilities:
- Applies industry and enterprise knowledge to identify and recommend integrated application solutions, products, and services to support the enterprise’s accomplishment of business goals or technical needs.
- Understand customers' requirements and their technical/network architecture to design an integrated operational and technical application solution. Engage with customers to develop and present application solution proposals.
- Provide deep process, technology, and industry expertise to support the Sales team (attend sales calls, provide demonstrations, conduct technical discussions, develop business cases, define Scope of Work documents) . Works with Sales Executives and Account Executives to qualify and quantify new opportunities.
- Plan, design, and execute workflow analysis and return on investment assessments (sales/pilot projects). Specify business logic, technical approach and design in detailed requirements documentation.
- Transitions and communicates all delivery aspects of the project to Delivery Leaders, Program Managers, and delivery resources.
- May include travel to assist with sales presentations or conduct due-diligence and fact-finding Post-Sales
- Has Application Development and System Integration experience.
- Manufacturing and/or Transportation Industry knowledge will be an added advantage

Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent with professional accreditations
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in pre-sales, professional services or client management.
- Experience working directly with customers in pre-sales, project management, customer support and technical delivery roles
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, verbal and written)
- Able to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts relating to systems integration, web services, user interface design, business logic, encryption, etc.
- Traveling is required
