General Purpose of Position
As Manager,Search Marketing (SEO / SEM) you will be responsible for leading multiple key aspects of the marketing strategy for our new Western market focused player to player digital asset exchange. Your key focus will be on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) but you will also lead Search Engine Marketing (SEM or paid placement) as well as contributing to our overall marketing efforts as required.
The successful candidate will bring experience in online marketing and business analysis reporting as well as strong leadership and management skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Lead， research， and define detailed SEO requirements that maximize ROI and increase rank and volume of targeted natural search result listings;
2. Recommend optimizations for site architecture， URL rewrites， and alternate directories;
3. Optimize targeted keyword lists， content development， and copywriting;
4. Manage and coordinate SEM program execution (including operational and reporting needs). Make program adjustments based on results and continue to test and refine to maximize ROI;
5. Provide ongoing reporting of results with consistent forecasting and delivery;
6. Identify core user insights to drive the development of best in class online marketing programs;

要求：
1.大专学历，CET6或以上
2.熟练的英语沟通能力(听，说，读，写)， 表达要求：清楚、正确、可理解的
3.2年的搜索引擎优化的实际经验，了解现有的搜索引擎的运算法则和排名策略
4.1年的搜索引擎市场管理的实际经验，了解如何管理Google，Yahoo，MSN搜索引擎市场项目，请在简历中注明项目URL
5.有在线市场分析的经验
6.能够独立的管理项目
7.关注细节，出众的分析，沟通，管理和执行能力
8.能够接受在一个高速发展，多任务，快速改变和高度竞争的行业中工作
9.熟悉Office办公软件(Excel ， PowerPoint， Word)

Requirements
1. College Graduate with CET-6 or above;
2. Excellent English communication (reading， writing， and oral) in a clear， concise， understandable manner;
3. Two years hands on SEO experience with specific knowledge on current search engine algorithms and ranking strategies;
4. One years hands on SEM experience with specific knowledge of how to operate Google AdWords， Yahoo Overture， and MSN adCenter programs;
5. Experience with online marketing analytics and reporting tools;
6. Independent and able to run projects with little supervision;
7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical， communication， organization and follow-through skills;
8. Comfortable operating in a dynamic， multi-tasking， rapidly changing and highly competitive industry;
9. Strong PC skills including MS-Office (Excel ， PowerPoint， Word);
10. Interest and familiarity with massively multiplayer online games and the e-commerce industry is a big plus;
